Pokemong: A Night to Remember: ch 1
In a region far away...a region most trainers have forgotten about...pokemon do not exist. This is a place where pokemon are sadly being left to rot. You can almost hear there distant cries in the night, as they dream of having a trainer and going all the way to the top. They come out at night for fear of being beaten up and teased by a kid. If they would to ever show themselves in the day time, people would have them thrown out or killed. At night time, you can see them glide over the open skies at what used to be a popular region. You see...at one time...Kanto used to be over-flooded with new trainers boasting about their pokemon. But with new regions being discovered, trainers got bored of Kanto and traveled for adventure....leaving Kanto to rot in its place.
Pokemon's hearts here are being filled with anger and hate for humans, if you come across one at night; they will most likely kill you. In the light, they don't have enough pure evil in them, which is why they hide. But in the night time, most are pure evil. Everyday, more pokemon's hearts are being filled with evil and hate for humans. Who wouldn't hate them after what they've done? There is not one single person with a pokemon in this region. They stick to allies and dark paths, garbage cans and forests, and if they find their way into your house at night...you'd better watch out.
Pokemon gyms here are all deserted. What used to be of eight wonderful gyms, is now a locked - down place that most pokemon decided to live at. Legend has it, most of the pokemon in this region are becoming known as "shadow pokemon." A pokemon whose heart has been completely taken over by evil, and the only way to tame it is to pure its heart. Every day, more pokemon are joining their side, more humans are suffering at night, and more world peace is being taken away. Most humans are afraid of owning pokemon, because most pokemons hearts are being taken away and entering the dark side. Will world peace ever be brought back?
The Kanto region is now being over-populated with new technology called 'Robots." These are items that you can build and control, people use them to battle each other in robot tournaments. They can do just about anything, as long as you design them the right way. They can turn, smash vehicles, pick up stuff, or even send out weapons. You can also design them to look just like pokemon, except you don't have to take care of them; making them easier and better to have for most people. However; if you design one to look like a pokemon, you will get dirty looks and banned from most contests. Pokemon in this region are frowned upon, creating look - a - likes will just upset the hearts of many.
But with the heart of an eight year old girl, she just might be able to control the hearts of many...
