	It would really depend. If the person knows they're wrong, yet they argue for the sake of arguing or trying to get something back, like an account, then they should just stop. 	Ooh, I just love those users. Um, gee guys, it says right here in the ToS that "j00 can't do that," I don't think I'm just pulling that out of my butt. Of course they always assume I/any mod just doesn't comprehend the rule, not that they're dicking around being stupid. I've got one troll who insists on calling me stupid after he's failed to understand the ToS for, st, five accounts thus far? Priceless, guys.
