This is Raen. With a population of three million, it is quite congested, but a very good place to live. The city center has a marble fountain and government building. Several other marble buildings surround the center. Further on towards the shore line is residental housing. The beach is usually swarming with youth after school and weekends.
Hotels are dotted along the shore line away from the residents. The hotels are the main supplier of revenue for Raen. The boardwalk has a carnival theme with a Feris Wheel and games.
