Hey everyone! Well, it's pretty much self-explanitory.......kinda. Well, this is pretty much where I say my stupid, questionable, random, and extemely weird thoughts. So ya know, read 'em, comment them, the works. (Warning: These thought may be so stupid and random that it may cause you to go into a coma, lose IQ points, or other serious brain injuries. We are not held responsible for any brain damage reading this may cause. HAVE A NICE DAY!!)
Tim Burton Exhibit
Why hello there my unconventional conventionalists! I have realized that it has been a long while since my last journal entry, which you probably don't know about because you most likely don't actually take the time to read my journal... stare

Moving on, as you probably guessed, in this particular entry, I will be discussing the highly anticipated Tim Burton Exhibit at MOMA(Mueseum of Modern Art). Well, if you guessed that, whoop de freaking doo for you, you are correct...

Well, obviously I haven't been on much, or was just too lazy, because I had actually attended it on opening day, November 22nd, and oh my goodness was it worth the months and months of agonizing patience!! (Irony much?) And boy was I glad that I had bought my tickets beforehand. The reason being that when I when arrived, there was an extremely long line that not only went out the door, but halfway down the street! And that was just to buy tickets! There was also a second line that people had to wait on to be let into the exhibit, but lucky me, by following my instinct of buying my ticket online with a specific entry time, my mom and I were able to walk right into the exhibit, and secretly laugh at all the saps who had to wait two plus hours to enter. xd

But WOW the exhibit itself was INCREDIBLE!!! I was seriously screaming for almost every piece of amazing Tim Burton-emanating art work. Oh yea, and they had the Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride puppets, the Edward Scissorhands costume, the scarecrow form Sleepy Hollow, the scrwed up puppets from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and the freaking SWEENEY TODD RAZORS!!! xd It even had a tiny bit of fake blood on it!!! Oh yes, and how can I forget, THE FREAKING ANGORA SWEATER FROM ED WOOD!!!! blaugh Oh, how I love the ocassional D movie director/transvestite....oh, Johnny, you..

Bottom line, this was one of the greatest days of my life!! biggrin Yes, even with the obnoxious little kids who ran around and got scared of some of the pieces... stare Even though this is coming from an overly obsessed Tim Burton fan, for anyone who has not yet gone, I highly recommend you go see it!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLY AMAZINGLY FANTASTICALLY orgasmic.
What? Who said that?

Oh yea, and before I left I was sure to pick myslef up a copy of the Tim Burton book that MOMA had put together, complete with a brief biography and some of his art work! And a figurine of Victor on his piano and Emily coming out from the grave, which now stand proudly in all my geeky glory of my dresser!

Well, (in a british accent) pip pip cheerio! Tata for now!!
