v.v Ive been stressed lately, much work both at school, long days, and more work at home in real life. At this moment im simply down, and stressed, so be aware of foul mood swings v.v

	I say that no matter how much work you have to do you should still take some time off to relax. itll help

	I suggest taking long hot baths. They are a good way to chill in the evening and they help me relax.

	I had much deadlines, and no matter if I relaxed I still seemed to had so much to do and simply got stressed. As for hoth baths, I already take 'too long' ones accoring to my mom and dad
