So I just woke up 20 minutes ago. There has been a lot of yelling and complaining and confusion.

Apparently we got this new "paperless" billing system for our cell phones so we get an email for our bill. This bill includes every text message sent or received so when he got the bill he tried to print it and it was 47 pages long so he got all pissed off and called T Mobile to go back to the regular billing. Apparently while talking to the representative he unknowingly authorized a change of account type so the "my faves" feature was removed. I'm not sure what else changed. He had little to no idea what the representative on the phone was talking about. They used a lot of technical jargon apparently. When he asked them to keep it simple they wouldn't.

When he gets done talking to the T Mobile representative my sister starts talking to him. He's almost deaf so she has to yell for him to hear then he starts yelling back because he's still mad. While they're yelling my other sister called about the my faves so I have to talk to her while the other two are yelling. It was one of those situations where it feels like you have to be in 3 places at once and you just want to blow your head off with a shotgun.

After all of that I find out that my uncles mum just died in her sleep this morning. At least it was peaceful for her.

We got everything straightened out with the phone company. It took them all of 5 minutes to mess up our account. Apparently it's going to take a few hours to change it back. They were going to charge $35 for the account transfer, but they are waving it. When it comes time to get new phones though they said we won't get a discount. Big deal...
