I made sure I woke up before the others; scared in spite of myself that I might be Kyuzo’s next victim. I pulled on my blue kimono and sighed. Today would be a rough day. I walked into the main room already setting out my quest for the day. I was going to find the Samurai named Shirroji and persuade him towards our cause. I walked across the main room and noticed that Kirara was staring at me.
“Are you leaving as well?” she asked subtly I nodded.
“Only briefly.” I muttered she scooped some rice into a bowl.
“Well then you should eat before you go.” She offered me the bowl of rice and I took it. It was strange that she was being so polite towards me. I ate the rice as slow as I could manage still anxious to be on my way.
“Amara-chan.” She mumbled I looked up from my bowl. “I sympathize with your hatred for that man.” She stared at me with understanding brown eyes. I blinked already knowing she was talking about Kyuzo. “I can tell that he’s killed many and his oath to kill Kambei has withered my trust for him.” She explained I finished my rice and nodded.
“Thank You, Kirara.” I muttered actually meaning it. She nodded and with that I headed out. I walked down the only decent path towards the Firefly.

“Where’s Amara-dono?” Katsushiro asked once everyone was awake and sitting in the main room. I bit my lip wishing that I’d asked her myself. Kambei and Gorebei exchanged a worried glance but then I suppose that they noticed Kyuzo was among us. Heihachi ate his rice heartily.
“I’m sure she’s fine.” He mumbled through a mouthful of rice. I nodded but Kambei still seemed worried.
“I just wish she’d told us where she was going.” he grumbled his rice untouched.
“She was heading towards the Firefly.” Kyuzo muttered all eyes shot towards him. He stared back blankly.
“Do you know her cause?” Kambei asked simply Kyuzo shook his head slightly.
“Should we go after her?” Katsushiro asked hesitantly.
“No I trust her enough to know she’ll come back when she’s ready.” Kambei murmured.
