Yeah, so apparently I've got a mild tear in the MCL in my left knee, and I've been walking around on it for several days. Go me.

Update on the cat, for those of you I haven't spoken to lately - she's doing fine now. We're not sure what caused the fits, but she's nearly back to her needy goobery old self.
edit: I just noticed the entirely accidental formatting similarities between my last two entries.
