Darkness envelops everything. From hearts to the earth that we grew up on. It consumes those that have given up hope and the light. But yet what is the light? Is is warmth? Love? Or something else entirely? Can it change a person? Can it help? Can it heal or does it harm? Is darkness the true light within us? Are we just fighting against our true destination? If that is so, then why are we fighting?
So many questions about light and dark and yet so little time on this world to discover what it all truly means. Can we learn to understand both of them? I'll just have to wait and see. Oh wait I can't do that for I can't see. At least that is what people tell me. Yet I believe that I can see better than everyone else.
You see I am just a young girl named Clair and yes I am blind. I don't let it get to me though. I ignore the ones who can see that mock me. I am stronger because of my lost of sight. The world is my oyster and no one knows it yet.
