neutral Work was very interesting tonight, to say the least. I've been working at my new job for almost three weeks there now... And for the first time, the training manual has been mentioned. So I finally have some documentation to compare the correct procedures to. Mind you I still haven't had a look at this mythical book, due to time constraints and lack of employees native to my home store, but at least I know now that one supposedly exists. Finally I can end the frustration that has been attempting to learn my job. On a lighter note on that, the temp, Roly (Yes... That's his real name...), who was working there tonight was quite knowledgeable of the procedures in the manual, or at least made the most sense possible since everything was cleaned up and better looking than the store had been on most occasions and done in the least time I've ever seen the place cleaned in.

I suppose I should be in a much better mood than I'm portraying, but the fact still stands that the employees that I have to work with on a regular basis don't know a lick about that manual, or they do only to insist on half-assing the job through supposed shortcuts. That and Kranna still hasn't gotten back on yet. I know I'm gonna feel really bad if something terrible has happened and that's why she hasn't been on, but it's kinda driving me up the wall not being able to post through the threads because I haven't been accepted into the guild yet.
