•__Pep and her twin brother grew up in the slums of Sect.6. They had a hard time growing up, and were bounced from foster home to foster home till they were about 12. Then they were sent to a group home. Things settled down, and he discovered a talent for gadgets. He became the youngest inventor at the CoreConvention with his revolutionary high wave picture capturer. The Accademy recruited him without hesitation, and he's been there with his sister ever since.
