Bio: Her parents were strong users of the same abilities, and were killed in an accident when she was young. Her aunt and uncle raised her, trying to hide her powers from her so she could live a normal life, all while secretly teaching her spells in case she ever found out, but not telling her they were spells. Rinsi is very chipper and upbeat. She is rarely serious, except when she has to be, and she is highly intelligent.
Appearance: Black hair, green eyes, 5'10" tall, usually found wearing clothes that are cute, flattering and expensive looking; is found carrying her staff at all times, which will glow when she is using it; has a pet cat named Moonstar who follows her everywhere.
Other: she has a tattoo of a crescent moon and star at the nape of her neck, where it joins the shoulders, and when she uses her powers until spent, the same mark will glow on her forehead.
Spells:
Starlight: A powerful spell that is supposed to bring supreme happiness to a certain area.
Moonlight: a spell that heals a group of people.
Moon Halo: A barrier spell
Gates of Heaven: Blesses an area
Star Children: Several small spheres of light causing explosions over an area.
Sunlight: a powerful, concentrated attack spell.
Asteroid Belt: creates a wall of energy
Celestial Winds: Summons Cecil
Quasar Light: Pauses surroundings for a brief period of time.
Supernova: Creates a strong, but brief, explosion of light, meant for blinding the opponent for a short time.
Solar Flare: Pulses out a wave of magic, meant to destroy and bless at the same time. Not as strong as Gates of Heaven, or as powerful as Sunlight, but quicker.
Rings of Saturn: A spell which binds the opponent with rings of light.
