As of this posting I have exactly six unique PMs to return and 3,657 emails to sort out before I can dig out all the emails I need to answer.
Right now off the top of my head I know that I have two very special emails to return and at least three emails that should have been replied to months and months ago. I mention the emails simply because I know there are those of you who have emailed me and I have not had the time to answer before now. I just wanted you to know that if you are reading this now then I hope to have a number pinned down within the next hour of how many emails from people on Gaia that I need to answer. When I have that I will post an update with that info.
Right now I am going to start sorting out the 3,657 emails into their respective folders and get a number on just how far behind in emails I am. While I do that I will be checking back on here every now and again but for the next hour I will be 90% in my email. I really want to get those things sorted out and find all the emails I need to get answered as soon as I possibly can.
With emails and PMs done and sent out I can focus on my next Gaian project; so wish me luck and have a good night/day/afternoon/morning whenever you read this. ^.^ I just wanted anyone to know who checks in here and that I owe any kind of response or reply to that I am hard at work at things, feeling the energy, and have the next couple of days in which to make some progress. heart
Needless to say, I am quite happy and excited right now. ^.^
Update at 9:05 PM: It appears that I only have seven emails that need to be answered right away, two of those being the two I spoke of earlier and the others being from two fellow Gaians that have either pretty much left Gaia or find it easier to email then PM for various reasons. There are actually 370 personal messages that I have need to read or respond to, but the majority of those eleven pages worth is shenanigan stuff from the dear people I work with or stuff like that. The important emails are those seven I already mentioned.
Now I have an exact count on my emails and so that brings the total to thirteen messages I want to get out tonight- six PMs and seven emails. As of this update I am going to get to work on these last thirteen messages and update when I am going to do the mass-PMing.
It feels good to be this close to being caught up on this round, dear friends and neighbors. xD
Update at 1:47 AM, September 21, 2009: As of this update I am caught up on PMs and will now start to mass-PM, so within about twenty minutes- give or take- a bunch of you should get replies. heart I am sorry for making you wait so long; I am really, really hoping that with the few days I have I can get enough worked on so that I can start being on more and will not fall behind like this again.
Now all that is left is for me to work on emails; still have those to send out that I mentioned earlier but I feel pretty okay with those since I am working on them now and should have them mailed out within the next hour or so. I am very, very pleased with what progress has been made so far.
Thank you for all the sweet PMs, by the way. The patience and kindness some of you guys have shone my way has meant more to me then I could ever hope to repay you for.
I am going to dash and get those PMs sent; I just wanted to say thank you for the sweetness some of you have given me.
