I really like those old-school style pens. They produce really crisp, clean lines on paper. The kind of pens made only in Japan with the surgical presicion of, uh, well a surgeon.
I remember in grade school, when I obsessed about the uniformity of design when it came to my writing supplies. Now all I seem to care about is how well and comfortably a pen can scratch across the surface of paper.
But as OCD dictates, I still aim for a single unifying brand across all the things I write with.
