Chapter 6
"What did I do wrong!? Why am I so stupid!?" "Im sorry Sora......" Miyoko said putting on dry clothes. She made her way to the buffet where everyone was waiting. "Miyoko! We saved you a seat next to Sora." Mai said. Sora was sitting next to an empty seat looking the other way. Miyoko didnt want to say anything in front of everyone, so she sat next to him. "The food is free for us because my dad runs the company the food is from." Kei said. "Can you pass the rice please Sora?" Miyoko asked. Sora passed her the rice and didnt say a word. "I know hes mad....but..." Miyoko's thoughts were interrupted by a loud clap of thunder. "EK!" Miyoko jumped. She didnt want to make a scene, so she excused herself and went to her room. "Oh no...thunder." Mai said looking out the window. "Why'd you say oh no su?" Yuki asked. "Miyoko's afraid of thunder. She cant move when she hears it. She shakes uncontrollably and sometimes cries. I should go checkon her.." Mai said getting up. "No...you stay here...I'll go." Sora said excusing himself from the table. MIyoko unlocked the door and hid under the covers. "I know what you're afraid of..." Miyoko pulled the covers from over her head to see the little girl again. "I know everything." the little girl said sitting on the edge of the bed. "Who are you?" Miyoko asked. "Im Kira."(which means killer). Miyokos eyes widened. "I know your afraid of thunder. I know your afraid of losing. I know your afraid Sora wont love you anymore." Another loud thunder clap followed a bright lightening bolt. Miyoko shut her eyes and when she opened them, the girl was gone. Kouromi and Kuro were in the room now. They had a room service lady tied up in the corner. "What the heck is goin' on?!" Miyoko said. "We're gonna finish you off Miyoko." Kuro said. "Oh what...not she appears?" Miyoko thought. She quickly transformed and was ready to fight. Kouromi thrust another black orb at an innocent person. The sweet cleaning lady then turned into a horrific monster. She shot acidic cleaning products at Miyoko. She dodged them all. Her mouth then turned into a vacuum and she tried to suck Miyoko in. At that moment, Sora found Miyoko. He was already transformed. "Miyoko!" he yelled Miyoko sent blasts of blue light out at the cleaning lady, but it didnt slow her down. Kouromi threw an orb toward them and hit Sora. He fell to the ground with a thud. The monster say the he was wounded, so she aimed her acid at him. Loud claps of thunder kept coming, and Miyoko couldnt concentrate. She knew that if she wanted to save the future that she would have to save Sora. The cleaning lady fired her acid directly at Sora. Miyoko knew what she had to do. She jumped in front of him and said, "I'll never let anything happen to you either!" She aimed her weapon at the monster and concentrated, despite the loud, booming thunder. Miyoko's weapon emitted a a rainbow of colors at the cleaning lady. I want us to be together forever Sora!!" Miyoko yelled. Kuro watched MIyoko's determination grow stronger by the second. The monster disappeared. Kouromi got scared and flew off. Kuro went after him, and the cleaning lady left the room. Sora was still on the floor in shock. Miyoko stood in front of him, and turned around. She feel to the floor and hugged him. "I'm sorry for calling you selfish Miyoko" he told her. Icha burst in their room and said, "Mommy Daddy! The lightening is pretty!" Miyoko watched her daughter's smile and gave her a hug. "I love you Icha." she said. "I love you too Mommy!"
Later that night, everyone had went to bed. Miyoko was still afraid of the thunder. Booming thunder shook the spa walls. Miyoko couldnt sleep, so she went over to Sora's bed. "Sora....are you up?" she whispered. He didnt answer. She didnt want to wake him up, but she was to scared to sleep alone. She climbed into his bed and tried to fall asleep. Sora woke up in the middle of the night to find her in his bed. He knew she was scared because she kept jumping which had woke him up. "Miyoko?" he whispered. She didnt answer either. "She must still hear the thunder even though she's sleep." he thought. He went to the closet and took out his headphones. He gently placed them on her head so she wouldnt hear the thunder. Miyoko stopped shaking. She gently grabbed his hand and the two fell asleep. heart
