Chapter 5
"So...what have you and Sora been up to?" Mai asked. "Eh? What do you mean Mai?" Miyoko replied. "You guys will be husband and wife in the future. So tell me. You two have to have kissed or something...or maybe more?" "Gah! gonk Mai! We havent done more!" Miyoko yelled. "So you've kissed!?" "I didnt say that!" "But you have!? Cmon! Tell me! Im your best friend!" Mai shouted. "Uhg.....well...maybe we have kissed once." Miyoko blushed. "Just once? So much for husband and wife huh." Mai told her. "What do you mean so much for husband and wife?" Miyoko aksed. "WEll, you two will never get to be married if you just kiss once a year. It'll take forever." Miyoko thought about what Mai said. "Maybe we wont get closer if we keep going slow like this..." Miyoko thought. "Are you hungry???" Mai asked. "Uhm...yea....I just have to do something really quick. I'll meet you there." Miyoko told Mai. "Uh...ok..." Mai said scrambling for her towel. Miyoko put her head under the water to think. When she came back up, she saw a little girl, about Icha's age, standing in front of her. The girl had black hair and wore a hat with horns and a little black dress. They stared at each other for a long time until the little girl spoke. "You'll never succeed Miyoko Wakamou." Miyoko was shocked as she watched the little girl walk out the door. Sora adn Akihiko were about to get out when Miyoko bursted into the mens bath. "Sora! I saw a little girl she said I wouldnt succeed!" Miyoko yelled trying to keep her towel up. Sora quickly got back in the water. "Miyoko get out! This is the mens bath! You're lucky no one else is in here!" A loud clap of thunder shook the bath house, and Miyoko slipped. She fell into the mens bath with Sora and Akihiko. gonk "Gah!!!! I cant swim!!!!" Miyoko yelled "I'll save you Miyoko!" Akihiko screamed. Sora punched Akihiko and he flew even further into the bath. Sora put his towel around his waist and dove in to save her. He got to her just before her head went under. When she woke up she saw Sora's face. "Sora! you saved me!" she said happily. "What were you thinking coming into the mens bath!? Plus, what if you drowned!? Icha wouldnt have a mother! And if you wouldve slipped and hurt yourself! How could you be this selfish!?" Sora screamed. Miyoko stared at him. Tears filled her eyes. She ran off to her room and left Sora alone in the mens bath.
