Sayura was once the princess of the mountains to the west in all things of the fairy realm. She loves the wilderness and enjoys speaking with the wild animals and the plants. Usually a smile plagues her face but however, as of late nothing but sadness seems to show. She had been thrown from her homelands by her parents and had her wings ripped from her back by both of her siblings without the use of anything to kill the pain. Those who she claimed as friends threw stones at her as they pursued her out of her homelands but first Sayura was chained to the ground and had to watch as her three animals were butchered along with her lover. As soon as she had fled her homelands she had begun to wander aimlessly outside the fairy realm in hopes of never going back. Though the metal shackles on her wrists are a constant reminder, as well as the scars on her back, of what had happened to her.
The complete reason of why she was banished remains a mystery to those outside of her and her family. All that is known is that she was deemed an unfaithful wench to her husband with another woman. Unfaithfulness and women who sleep with women as well as men who sleep with men are crimes punishable by death. However, her father and mother couldn't see one of their children being killed so they instead banished her of her rights as a princess, banish her from the western lands of the fairy realm and she has become disowned by that entire side of the realm.
The truth behind the story is even still a mystery to the entire royal family. All but Sayura and her ex-husband that is.
