Nothing Like this: a Darshia short story starter

Its strange....
I always wanted to meet someone from a foriegn place.
But I was astounded when my dream had came true.
But the form that it had came true in was more amazing than anything......

I laid in a sleepy daze still being calmed by the sound of tapping water agianst my window glass. I lived in the city I a apartment way on the thirtith floor somewhere. Because of my bad memory I can't tell you where exactly now. But I can tell you that this was the start of something strange and astounding as I've said.
A loud and most alerting bang had come to my door and I shout up from out of my sleeping quarters. This bang seemed very desprate to get itself inside so I tried to get there as fast as I could and opened the door to a surprise. It was him he was an oriental with the eyes that could strike you and stop you right in your tracks.
"May I help you?" I said to the man that breathed heavy from exhaustion.
"I need a place to stay" He spoke but not as perfectly as that was written. How could anyone come to me with a question like that? Infact how to anyone. But I looked into his innocent face though he did have a few strenge piercings on him.
"Sure come in" I gave in to his innocent features and let him come in to my apartment.
He was soaking wet so I help him change into some clothes that where dry. How could such a person bring himself here? And why to my apartment? It could have been anywhere else besides here....
