What do animals mean to people? To you? I think animals are a wonderful, most valuble treasure most of all. People say and is quite true, i've experienced it myself. They say animals are the best remedy to cure just about anything, animals ARE batter than medicine. They are, they really are. My doctor once told me that my depression may never get better due to the lost of my best friend. She was beautiful and THE most loyal dog just about anyone could ever have. She was brown and white, she was an Australlian Shepard, her name was Cocoa. We had to put her down about a year and half ago, hate to admit it.... but yeah she was getting old, 18 years of age she was, and really bad arthritus... and the fact she had really bad lymes desies. But anywhoo, I've had her ever since I was like 2 years of age and I'm now 19. She was withe me my whole entire life. It may sound weired, but she was also like a sister to me. Yeah it may sound weired, but she helped me to get over the flu once. Yeah the story was I refused to take any kind of medicine what so ever, long story I could never swallow pills, just the way my body is. And so, all I did was just eat toast for the week and drank LOTS of liquids. Cocoa layed, and stayed by my side the whole entire time I was sick, and by the end of the week I was fellin' like my good ol' self again. Yeah so pretty much the fact of drinking alot and Cocoa (my sister) being by my side the whole time, she made me get better again and back on my feet. So the only medicine I needed was my Cocoa and her love. So, now matter what if u think it may sound silly or not. I'd really love to hear stories about u and ur loved pets. Because no matter what I know they'll always be wonderful unforgettable memories and treasures to you...and to me! heart
