Its been some time since we've spoken
The first few days felt a lil more like a week
I can barely sleep and I can hardly eat...
Its painful and lonely...
...having to wait this long for your return.
I miss being in the strong and gentle arms...
...that have become my safe haven, my new home...
I miss the loving and tender strokes and caresses of your hands
I miss listening to your heart beat with mine...
I miss your sweet smile,
looking into your beautiful eyes...
...and holding you close to me.
I also miss kissing the lips that are sweeter than nectar...
...or having your soft and passionate kisses on my lips...
But what I miss the most is just being able to hear your
wonderful voice's laughter or hearing you say, "I love you"...
I just miss being with you...
It's like a huge part of me is missing right now...
I need you...like I need air to breathe...
But I'll wait for your return as long as needed
