Give me the word that
Someday the world will be a better place
Of peace and kindness, of well-being and love
One where no one has to run
From the fears of today
That chase all the good people away

Give me the word that this world will be clean,
That the world will change for the best
And bring prosperity.
Give me the word during night and during day,
Of a world that I will call my home and my place.
