Personality || Reegan's an energetic, hyperactive girl. She's flirty and sarcastic, and she's quick to tease someone. Not one to let others get to her, she's never afraid to be herself. She may seem happy-go-lucky, but if you make her mad, all hell will break loose. She has a vicious temper and has been known to go so far as to dangle people over the edges of buildings while in a rage. She claims that she has alternate personalities, and that she never remembers doing anything of the sort.
She's obsessed with a boy named Asher, who is literally her polar opposite. She follows him around everywhere, driving him crazy to the best of her abilities. She knows it can be annoying, but it's the only way she knows how to show her affection.
She often has food on the brain, and is always hungry.

Descriptive Reference || Reegan stands at five foot four inches. She has a curvy figure, meaning she has hips and is fairly busty. She's also pale. Her hair is very long, reaching the backs of her knees, and is a vibrant light green. She normally has it pulled back in pigtails at the base of her skull. Her eyes are a pinkish purple with gold flecks, and she doesn't actually have pupils. On top of her head, are two large, striped purple horns. They curl up and back, then down and forward, flipping up at the ends to make a sort of loose spiral. She also has a pair of small black batlike wings that hover a few inches from her ankles. They're useless, and are there for nothing more than looks. She has thing symbol tattooed on her stomach.
As for her sense of style, she loves bright colors. The outfit in the image is her favorite, but she likes to change things up. So anything with bright colors than shows a good amount of skin, and she'll probably be seen in it.
