I have enough gold to buy the stuff I want ATM but i'm not sure if I should buy now or later to save gold.

And I want a younger generation of the item even though I can afford a second which would be for the best.
I think i'll go with the second when the price goes down. If it doesn't i'll make do with the 3rd gen.
