i feel as if i have no life
but it cant be im living right
i check my pulse, a steady rhythm
my heart's still beating it doesnt pause
i close my eyes and dream of life
but what is life besides my being
the people i know the things ive done
these here have made what ive become
i look around i feel so numb
i breath in cold air with my lungs
i know this place but yet im lost
these corners fill so full of warmth
i let my presence linger there
to fill my empty void inside
things i locked and stored away
to keep the pain from overwhelming
to remember is to merly die
who knew some memories could cost
