Because I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, HATE...drawin' on someone else's schedule.
Doin' commissions, I have myself to worry about, I choose which commissions I take, and I can give a rough idea of how long it will take, dependent on how inspired I am to do it.
But, doing as a job? They tell me what I do. Nope. Can't do that. So yeah, "If you can do this, why are you working here?" My answer: Because I can't work effectively on someone else's minute.
