"Who You Are"
Mood: Content, but missing him.
I watch the stars.
I close my eyes and they become your arms.
The wind becomes your wit and charm.
I open my eyes and then it's gone.
I'm in my bed.
Thoughts of you roam about in my head.
Where your fingers traced and lead.
I open my eyes and then it's gone.
Your face, your skin and body.
They all are a part of me.
They all know how to make me happy
In the way that only they can.
Your voice, your hair and brown eyes.
You're different from any other guy.
You refuse to leave and when I ask you why...
You say, 'it's who I am.'

"A Girl Like Me"
Mood: Overflowing with hope.
V1: I cry when I hear those songs about the girl that doesn't get the guy, and no matter how hard she should try, he doesn't know. Cause I used to be the one who always wrote your name but played this constant game of 'shyness.'
Pre-Chorus: The bold and the beautiful; the girl who does the best in school; the girl that's most outgoing... It seems to occur that without lifting a finger, she's the one who gets him.
Chorus: That's why I feel so lucky to have you. You're not swayed by the magazine cover girls, in diamonds and pearls. That's why I feel so happy you're with me. Others might cry alone but one day you see, they will find the guy like you that loved a girl like me.
V2: I don't like my friends to see me and my boyfriend cause I remember when I was single and even then, I felt miserable. Cause everyone wants somebody to love no matter how tough they seem, cause if they're anything at all like me, they won't let it show.
