I found my brothers morning schedual
it reads as follows
"wake up at 6:00
one hour of yoga 6:00 to 7:00
one hour of meditation 7:00 to 8:00
8:00 to 9:30
9:30 breakfast"
i think he might be a little off schedual, today he woke up at around 10:00, went to the bathroom and layed on the couch watching comedy central presents.
