Friday 16th of June was the date of my Prom. It was an event I will always remember and although I can make a fresh start, it's hard letting go of the past. I can not believe I used to think of Prom and HSCs in Year 7 and now it's finally all done. Even though the months of coursework and revision stressed me out to bits, I truely will miss the people and this year. Everything has gone so fast and I have only just realised I will become an adult next year (1 cool . I wanted to dedicate this post to everyone i've been with throughout these past years - you made it worthwile. Not only students but, the teachers that gave me the support and education I need.

I wish Prom lasted longer. It was amazing seeing everyone dressed up like royalty and looking elegant. Friendships have been rekindled and everyone simply got on well with each other. We all forgot about the hatred and bitching from the past and looked at a brighter future. There's no need for all this immature behaviour any more. Thank you Mark Zuckerberg, for creating Facebook. You are such a genius because, now all students and teachers can keep in touch easily. I hope there is a reunion 10 years later, I would love to see everyone in one big group. It's only a few more years until we get out of this small town and follow different paths. Who knows? Some of us may move 2 hours away and some may live on the other side of the world.

This year has probably been the most fun year I have had so far. I'm so glad we don't have the stereotypical american problem of cliques and hierachy. No matter what music people liked, how people dressed, we were like family. New friends have helped me build up confidence. Without them, I would still be the shy little girl who couldn't look a boy in the face. I love you all Class of 2009,
