Story: Sayuri grew up raised by her father, because her mother died in childbirth. He taught her how to fight with a traditional Japanese katana, becaues he strictly followed the code of bushido and did not like the dawn of new technology. However, Sayuri was always fascinated with science and new inventions, and yet, she still embraced the past. When Sayuri turned 16, her father sent her off to live with her cousin, who was a weaponsmaster in Prussia. She learned how to speak English and other western languages there, and became quite fluent. Her cousin taught her how to use a gun, and she received one of his well-made steel revolvers as a present. Now, she is strictly on the side of the United Provinces.
