Someday I'll come to an end, but you'll be right there with me.
You thought that as it all came undone that you'd be the only one free,
Well you were wrong, for as we fell down from the heaven's and sky,
I saw what we had go rushing by.
Unraveled on the floor was our bloody bonds and chain,
it gave back to me hope and pain.
I saw you for what you were, and yet I still loved you none the less,
but all you did was leave me with sorrow and a brutal mess.
As I fall down the crumbled sidewalks and remember your smile,
I laugh to myself and sit there for a while.
You can't see me, you can't feel,
that what you did to me was oh so real.
So my heart does not mend.
And here today we end.
