The golem chased Anna with a speed that belied its heavy clay body as Skye flung open the window and dove through. Hot on her heels, Anna swung herself through. The golem followed and Skye slammed the window shut, neatly decapitating the mud figure and splattering herself liberally with muck. Anna stared, then laughed hysterically as Skye shuddered delicately and glared at the filth, muttering, “That… is disgusting.” She turned the look on Anna, who didn’t even pause her laughter, before climbing back through the window and locking it from the outside. “Hey, that’s not even funny!” Skye just smirked.
