You really suck you know that. You are letting Iowa... ******** IOWA be more progressive than you since they were smart enough to realize that legalized discrimination is not really constitutional.
In their 136-page majority ruling, the justices said it not their job to address whether the ban is wise public policy, but to decide whether it is constitutionally valid, while "setting aside our own personal beliefs and values."
Oh judges... This whole Prop 8 fiasco is based upon people wanting to push their own personal beliefs and values onto people they don't know. Overturning Prop 8 and letting people make their own personal decisions about their own life based upon their own personal beliefs and values won't really hurt anyone. This hurt people.
