Oh where oh were could my baby be
The lord took her away from me
She's gone to heaven so I've got to be good
So I can see my baby when I'll leave this world

We were out on a date in my daddy's car
We hadn't driven very far
There in the road
Straight ahead
A car was stalled the engine was dead
I couldn't stop
So I swerved to the right
I'll never forget the sound that night
The screamin tires
The busting glass
The Painfull scream that I heard last.

When I woke up
The rain was pouring down
There were people standing all around
Something warm falling into my eyes
But some how I found my baby that night
I lifted her head
she looked at me and said
Hold me darling just alittle while
I held her close
I kissed her our last kiss
I found the love I knew I had missed
but now she's gone
even though I hold her tight
I lost my love, my life that night

its hard to imagine....that this can happen....in a car accident
its hard to grasp the concept even in the after math of a accident that you were actually were in one....
thank you my dearest poppa.....(may he rest in peace) my guardian angel....for teaching me a valuble lesson last night as well as protecting me.....
i will always remember your words of wisdom my poppa.....
1. you can never go wrong with a bag of pistacios and a glass of gin
2. never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.....
