- Seikai is Rin's second child, born 5 years after Doctor Kairi's death, which is also the time when his brother, Kairi is born. Seikai is so named with Sei from Sensei (which means doctor), and Kai from Kairi. (In Japanese, Doctor Kairi would be Kairi Sensei. It's a reminder of his past) Seikai is very weak since birth, just like his past self, Doctor Kairi. He is still incapable of strenuous activity, often fainting if he pushes himself too far. He still has a very (very, very, very, very, very...) low body mass, and is capale of hovering from place to place instead of walking.
- He is still very much in love with his brother, Kairi.
- Seikai is extremely naive, one reason why Kairi often keeps him at home "for his own use". However, Seikai's naiveity seems to surface only around Kairi, since he is quite street smart, though Kairi rather not take the chance.
