Apollo is the great god of the sun in Greek mythology. He is brother to Artemis, the goddess of the moon, and his mother is Leto.

I am his apprentice.

He is teaching me the Arts of healing, medicine and clairvoyance. These Arts are not very easy to learn and I have only just now started to master the Art of clairvoyance, after six years.

I do not know, maybe it's because I am a slow apprentice, but Apollo just says that he senses a block that is preventing me from fully mastering these three Arts. I know what he means- it is not easy living in a family that constantly fights, and going to a school where I have no friends.

Sometimes I wonder why Apollo himself is teaching me these Arts. Why me- someone who is practically invisible in her own world? But Apollo encourages me not to think like that. He tells me over and over to believe in myself.

But how do you believe in yourself if other people are constantly pointing out that your worthless?
