yeeep, im on VACATION! o_o
luckily, the main office desk at the resort has a dial up connection, so i get to get on the internet, yay x_x
anywho, just to infrom you guys of the fact that, no, im not dead
like anyone would care either way <3
and to tell you all that has happend, each day, of my wonderfull weeklong trip to Bass Lake <3
anywho, i got here Yesterday, after 5 hours of driving from alameda with mum, and, that was it, discoverd that this place ( like every other resort i seem to end up at ) has the crappyest basic cable service, no Adult swim! ;_;
and i stayed up till 4am .. joy
and today, i awoke to chaos ( i endded up staking my claim on the couch <3 ) at 8am, fours hours of sleep, yay
the day was filled with watching tv ( mainly news, and the progress of Jeanne O.O * hearts over to florida u_u * )
around 2, we set off for a boat tour thingy on bass lake, wich started at around 3, it was cool, it was a big party boat, there where a few trivia questions, but i didnt win a little ducky on a chain u_u .. im gonna buy one though and clip it to my pants, like this one kid that endded up with one <3
after that, i got to go play DDR over in Oakhurst o_O they had Extream, but not all of the stuff ( if any ) was unlocked, no Twin bee, or Look to the Sky True Colors mix u_u ehwell, its still there, and 4 songs for a buck, it shall suffice :3
Huzzah, and so, another day la ~
turns out, no, we arnt going to Yosemite today, thats for monday or tuesday, instead, dad rented a little fishing boat from like, 2pm-8pm :3
so he'd heading off on that rightnow, he says he'll come back around 4 somthing, then Me ( and possibly my brother, im gonna TRY and wrangle hime out there x_x ) and dad are gonna go out and fish from about 5-7 erm sumfin
.. yeah, small little update, i'll be back later to spin tales of what i caught ( if anything ) after i get back
in the meantime, i might even convince my mom to take me over and play my two games worth of DDR at the arcade <3
ohyush, turns out, along with the dail-up computer ( 800x600 * shudder * ) the office desky place has a NeoGeo fighting machine ( no magical drop la u_u ) and another one i didnt really get, not intrested though
Okay, I did Indeed Get to finish my tokens for DDR <3
after i got back, my dad had gotten back from Fishing, so he finished off some chips, and then we headded off to the lake :3
there isent a whole story here, but a quick event that merits mentioning
Yaknow up there where i say just to inform you that im not dead?
it came prettyclose to being changed today :3
i got caught in the head by a fishing lure n_n
my dad was casting, and i had Moved, so he caught me in the side of the head with his fishing lure :3
luckily >_> i was wearing my ( uberloved ) Black and Pink hat, that happens to be about 1/8 of an inch thick, so therfore, i have a hole in that, instead of my skull n_n
( yay, i can now see all the responses la x_x; )
erm, anywho, this is making up for yesterdays non post ._.
after this, im moving this all over to the spiffy new gaia journals o.O x3
anywho, yesterday, nothing much, i DID get to go and see Sky Captian and the world of Tommorow :3
but before that, i got in about 30 minuts or so of DDR, wich was cool
i have discoverd a new fave song, Miracle Moon x3 thats awesome on standerd, and, ohyush, i also tried two 7 footers for the first time, Happy wedding and White lovers, ... i sucked x__x yeeep, still gotta master them nasty 6 footers ;_; x.x
okies, onto the theater, it was so DINKY o__O
i mean, the screen was really small, and im pretty sure, that somewhere outthere, theres probibly a TV thats bigger than it x.x; * cough * and, omg ... the machine they used, acctually clicked, you could hear it to, not like those big movie theaters O_O ... it was kinna cool, considering that Sky Captian is that whole 30's 40's scifi kinna thing <3
and, after the movie, we got a bit lost for 10 minutes or so, and then returned, for a few rounds of bust a move ( kicked brothers a** ) and then Airship somthingsomthing ( got my a** kicked )
yeah, that was about it for basicly all of the day
