Being able to talk is overrated
I woke up this morning like usual to get ready to work. Since I had very little voice left, I tried saying my normal standard opening when answering the phone and it's a sales rep: "Thank you for calling customer care, my name is Dragon. May I please have your name and dealer code?"
Only, when I said it, it sounded more like: "Thank you for calling customer care, my name is Dragon. May I please have your name and dealer code?"
The small font being where i could talk barely above a whisper
