There was a small light inside a cocoon. It grew, safe inside that little cocoon, until it was time for it to see the world and be on it's own. Thus, the little light tore through its fragile shell and peaked its head out to see a world..... full of darkness. It was ridiculed because it was not like anything else in this world, and so it tried to climb back into its cocoon where it could cry and never have to face the dark again. But that's not what it was supposed to do.... that's not what it is supposed to do. The little light had to be brave, had to be bold, and had to move outside of its safe little cocoon and be different from the dark.
