I had finally woke up from the nightmare... only to find that Derek was screaming my name. I paid no mind to him and stared at 2 orbs that lay in the grass. One was electric blue, while the other was crimson red.
"These are 2 of the 20 Aegis orbs, correct?" I asked in a serious tone.
"Yes they are Sal!" Katrina nearly yelled aloud. She is an unrivaled beauty. Her black, long, straight hair was a cotton curtain of shadows. She wore the clothes of a queen. Golden silk dresses adorned with glistening emeralds and diamonds. But when she charges into a fight, her outfit changes like magic. It becomes more like a biker suit. Without the helmet, and it has a back holster for a sword. She doesn't use a sword as such. She uses a double sided staff with a slot at each end for a spherical object.
Then I noticed something odd, her hair was moving much too fast for this wind speed. Then Dogma started snarling and howling. I cared deeply for Dogma, so to calm him, I gently tapped his nose. Derek thought this was a weak gesture and just observed me. I had nearly forgotten about Katrina, but then I heard her shriek.
I instantly turned and saw a robbed figure standing some 30 feet behind her with their arms outstretched. They were using Psychic power to suffocate her! I let Dogma loose and he lunged at the attacker. Only to find that they had teleported away.
Dogma returned to my side and whined.
"Kat?" I innocently asked, "Kat, are you okay?" She had no responce. I was beginnig to fear that I would lose her. And lose her I could not bare. So I just glared at Derek and urged him to check on her. If I lost her, I would kill myself.
