Today was like, the best day ever, I swear. well first of all, it was 80 degrees out today. so beautiful. all of the grass was so rich, the whole world was full of life. Me and my friends (hana and Ringo) went for a walk down by rowan creek (a small creek near my house) and I was the one swimming in the stream.when i got back home, my friends went home and my dad was grilling out turkey. so my whole family went and enjoyed the nice day. Me my mom and dad where all sitting on the porch, talking. Me on my DS mom on her Labtop keeping us updated on the weather and my dad cooking turkey. my two younger siblings where out in the yard playing. We kept the screen door open so that the dogs could somewhat enjoy the weather. (we couldnt let them out because other dogs where about) Unfourtunatly, my mom ended up with another cluster headach. but it went away, we enjoyed a perfect turkey and baked poatoes. The absolute best part of this day was that-usually, my mom and dad arent around each other too much. But today, my mom and dad were on a constand search for each other. whenever one of them was out of site, the other would go searching for her/him. Usually they don't do that unless they need something from the other. Right now my parents are sitting outside on the porch enjoying the nice night together. 8]

what a cluster headach is is a headach that usually only occurs in one side of your head. the cause of them is too much sleep or not enough sleep. They usually run in the family, as in, my grandfather had them all the time but they just went away forever eventually. They don't usually happen until your older. My mom thinks that one of the causes is that i live under my state capitol's power lines. (no I don't live in Madison) I think that one of the causes is stress. The cluster headachs didn't happen until we moved here. and my mom had to be stressed by then. She just had my sister and my brother would run around naked and pee any where he wanted. I was pretty solemn. they really took off when my mom got her job as a full time deli worker at a local grociery store. none the less-that job has to be one of the most stressfull jobs I've ever seen.
