Where I had once found this peace
Heard that comforting sound
In this peaceful silence

Unfortunately it's lost to a cost of war you see.
The battle zone is left inside me
The memories never fade

I've been led along astray
down this path of silhoetes

I'm looking for an exit out of this confusion
I'm looking for the cure in all the wrong places
Hoping this fog could clear
I'm looking alone becase
The friendly fire has done all else in
The silence has filled me in
With the lie
That this is mission impossible
And I'll never win.
