There is something odd about this town... After the nuclear explosion it seems people have gotten stranger.
Setting:
Small run down town with a theater owned by drug lords. There are shopping malls scattered throughout the former farmland and the city is booming. Everyday after 10pm, the theater shows XXX movies to gain some sort of revenue. The school is in dire need of repair. The walls are caving and deteriorating. The playground is very dangerous. Not only is the equipment bad, but shady people hang around dealing drugs and what have you.
There is also an arcade where the drug lords hang around recruiting and selling. Not many people venture there for that fact. There are apartments in not too great of shape.
Raves are held at the old elementary school. It was condemned years ago and a new school was built not too far away. The bouncers will let anyone who looks of age. They do not check ID.
