I love you.
Since the day we first met
I have always cared for you.
You must understand that.

So when i found you on the ground
broken and bloodied, i
picked
you
up
and held you towards the brightness
away from the sorrow and agony and depression
on the ground below.

But you started screaming, yelling at me
to put you down.
That you didn't want help,
that you could stand yourself up on your own,
that i wasn't needed.
So i stood there,
still holding you up
wondering if this was what you really
wanted.

But i listened,
and i
put
you
down
as gently as possible
so you wouldn't be hurt when you landed on the ground.
And i began to leave you alone,
i walked away,
like you asked of me.

But then you started crying, sobbing
to pick you up again,
to be towards the sun once more.
That you needed help,
that you needed support to stand,
that you needed me to be there with you
So i stood there
listening to the sounds of your cries as they pierced my ears
wondering what you truly
needed.

But i didn't know what to do.
Help you and be yelled at again,
or leave you like you asked,
broken and bloodied.

So i
picked
you
up once more,
and i helped you,
i stood you up,
i was there for you,
but its a vicious cycle.

What do yo want?
What do you need?
Please spare me this misery and
just tell me.
