I could have done a LOT of things today. I could have been angry. I could have cried like I almost did. I could have been broken. I could have hit him like Nettie did. I could have thrown a fit. I could have called Angel and complained to him. I could have hated Mithos.
But none of that would have changed the fact that I love Nyx too much to want to do those things.
