Chapter 2- The rain in the sky

I finally opened my eyes.. i thought i was in my office... i thought wrong.. as i got up i noticed i was in a room full of statues. the room was old Victorian style.

Mathias: sigh... where am i?.

I said a bit loud

???: Silly you are in your head.

I turned around to see a small girl roughly 8 years old that was giggling.

Mathias: Wait.. what do you mean in my head.. Hey! Wait!! come back!.

i shouted as the as the girl ran.. naturally i ran after her and arrived at a grand hall.. the girl no where to be seen.. in the final corridor.. there painting of a beautiful maiden.. my eyes opened wide when i saw who it was.

Mathias: W...wait..Thats Amara! huh?.. there is some one beside her.

The figure beside her had no face it was ripped off but by the looks of his clothing i say it was a male. I kept walking to find some clues more so to find a way out.. all ended in vain i was trapped here... and good.

Mathias: Am i to be trapped here forever.

Girl: no... not forever..

I turned to see the girl from before. i got a bit closer and kneel down.

Mathias: how long then?

Girl: Until... you remember who you are.

Mathias: Remember who i am? my dear i am Mathias Cage.

the girl shook her head telling me i was wrong.

Girl: Ray..san...

She Disappeared into thin air.. i remained frozen for a while then came to my senses.

Mathias: R..Ray san? what or rather.. who is that?.

I shook it off and explored the old mansion. I came across a huge bed room.. as i entered the room i saw a big mirror with writing on it.' Ray san i love you' said the message as i examined the note that was written in what looked like lipstick. Bellow the mirror was a small treasure box.. inside was a heart shape locket and a small key.

Mathias: ....locked..and sure enough this key doesnt open it..

I placed both the key and locket in my coat and walked out of the room then sat down. I felt like the entire room was spinning then i was inside a burning mansion, i saw Amara running with a man but the face was like a shadow.. the floor collapsed and the man fell to the river that flowed below the mansion...thats all i remember.
