work sucked a** yesterday. first some b***h came in saying the dvd was scrached and it wouldnt play. happends all the time. she gave us the dvd and yea it needed to be resurfaced. BUT. it was a brand new dvd. we looked on the comp and she was the first one to rent it. she wanted credit. for it. so my shift leader called the store manager toni. she told him what to do. they wanted store credit and they kept yelling. so finally toni had to come in and handle it. they started making a big deal and toni said that they are no longer welcome back in our store. that was the best part. xd i didnt like them from the moment i met them.
it was busy as all hell. cuz it was a weekend. i hate working weekends. while im helping a customer some kid walks throught the security thingy and the aralrm goes off. he keeps walking really fast out the door into a car and they take off. im thinking what the hell just happened? im guessing we got robbed. eek ******** assholes. my boss is going to be so pissed. we are missing so many movies! invintory is this weekend. its going to suck a**.
then i had to fix all the movies along the wall. why cant ppl just put things back where they found them? that took forever. and i had to put all the returned movies back. i should of left work at 12.30. instead we left at 1.30. that sucks.
she said she was going to call at 12. and she did. heart i was so excited. i talked to her for a while. it made me feel better but it also made me feel not so much better. she said shes all depressed and thinking that maybe she doesnt want to pursue her dream career. "maybe im just not ment to do this" she says. i told her to stop saying things. she said she had a panic attack that day. man, i wish she lived closer to me. i hate to hear about things that i cant fix.
