I just got back from my 2.5 hour walk. I was originally just going to the park but I decided to pay a visit to my old elementary school (Oakshire Elem.) and got permission from one of the teachers to walk around and even take pictures if I want. I took pictures of my old sanctuary from when I would always get bullied and picked on - the library. They still have the big teddy bears and Clifford plushie <3
I would have gotten pictures of the back yard where I used to play but the lady had already locked the doors and couldn't unlock them crying
But the trees I helped plant with my fourth grade class are still in the front yard. And the plaques for the two students who died in my years there are still in the front hall.
Is it bad that I cried when I was walking around the library and sitting with with teddy bears in their just remembering everything that I used to do?
