Which is better- a guilty person found innocent for murder, or an innocent person found guilty for murder?
then the guilty person you know is guilty gets off
But if an innocent person is found guilty, then the guilty person had never been found to begin with, so
the guilty person is already also found innocent AND an innocent person is found guilty
If one knows the person is guilty of a crime, it's better than an innocent person found guilty and never even
finding the actual guilty person...
