The places we looked at were pretty much amazing. Well, 1 of them was. I'm very much concerned not only with distance from campus, transit, and parking, but also with location within the building, which allowed me to pretty much not get too attached to the idea of living in any of them ^_^ You wanna be on the southeast part of a building, and only one of them was, but we all agreed that it wouldn't work b/c the washer and dryer were out in the hall >.> Ignoring location within a building, we all agreed that this one place next to a McDonalds (XD) was easily the best. It's really nice, and it's only a little more expensive than the other place everyone else liked. The other place...I figured that an exit sign hanging down at my eye level was a BAD sign >.> Anyway, I didn't realize how BIG these things are. I mean, they're not like HOUSE big, but they're bigger than what I had imagined, which was something along the lines of where Meegan and Charlie (and their cats XD) lived when they were down by us. I was only 6, but I remember it pretty well. It was small >.< But it was so cool that I got to see my half sister all the time =D But the places we looked at were pretty big. The one we really liked, you could fit like 3 bunk beds into one of the bedrooms and use the other for something else. It was THAT big. Having that much space would make it more possible to live with Rawr. I can go to another room if I get too mad.
There's another thing that's made me think it would be a good idea. A lot of people complained about how the dorm meet-and-greet wasn't enough to find a roommate. People didn't get to know each other well enough, and girls ended up moving out. Hey, at least you have the summer to TALK to each other b/c you've already met. On campus, you don't meet 'til you get there, basically. So they're going to do TWO days so people can get to know their future roommate better -.- I don't wanna come for TWO DAYS D=
I'm on ep. 205 of One Piece ^_^ A new one comes out today. I can't wait to be all caught up and watch them when they're shiny and new ^_^
