Kaiori was living. He was an average 20 year old living an average life. He lived with his 19 year old sister, Naoko. One day, at his investigation job, he was killed in front of the whole world, on live television. Nobody saw who killed him, or even knew why.
A couple months later, Kaiori was brought to a lab to be remade into a living person, but this time, he's immortal. He became a little insane, as would anybody who was killed in front of a live broadcasting television station. In the day, he's an average person who hides in his dark house until night fall. That's when he comes out to play. If you think about it, he's kind of like Kira (Light form Death Note). Except, he goes secretly to them and kills them from behind, straight to the head or the back, and sometimes multiple times in the back so they're left to agonize. Don't worry, he won't hurt....badly....
